Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 13:30 some unknown people were actively robbing someone on Marabunta turf, I was at the smeltery and headed up to turf. Once I got there two individuals were incapacitated after being shot by one of my members.

They were completely unresponsive, and only responding with some /me commands. We got grouped up together and went out looking for a dodgy doctor. When we got to the dodgy we successfully resuscitated one of the robbers and put him in zipties. At the time we were finished it was a few minutes before the server restart, so we headed to the nearest parking spot, to park up our cars and continue the RP with the one individual we had in zipties (138). I sent a message in LOOC prior to the server restart to explain we wanted to continue the situation, as we were limited on time. After the restart 138 was not to be seen, and we waited over 30 minutes at the parking lot without luck.

I sent a message in #gta-fivem-roleplay asking if he would be coming back but got no response there either.

After the shootout some of my members had a hunch on who this individual is, and who he is apart of. I believe he never returned after the restart to save him selves from potentially being tortured and killed, and walk home safe to tell the rest of his group who grabbed him.

Hello @Isak,

I've gone and checked the logs in regards to this person,
They did log in at 14:47 (47 minutes beyond the restart) and /died, thereafter disconnecting once more.

You tried to contact them in OOC as well as discord to continue their roleplay yet they seem to either not have seen the LOOC or Discord message however them not logging back in after a restart DURING an active situation makes it a clearcut combat log. It is common sense to continue roleplay an active situation beyond a restart and if you are not able to, you let the other party know through OOC or discord means.
Because of a breach of C2.3 they will be receiving a permanent ban.

Do in the future attempt to @ their session ID so they receive a sound notification.
