Please (in detail) describe the incident: Police had finished a pursuit with a motorcyclist where one person had been detained and placed into the back of a police vehicle. While this was taking place 136 was loitering around a fellow officers vehicle with what I believe to be the intent of jumping inside the second he unlocked it.
I got out to help remove 136 from beside the vehicle allowing the officer to get in safely. The second this was achieved he made a b line for my vehicle where he attempts the same. During all this interaction with officers 136 was asked to move away to which he replied with "yeah yeah" while standing on the spot or not speaking at all after being told to move multiple times just to say "chill". I feel from the lack of interaction that 136 was baiting and simply waiting for us to react so that he could escalate. Not only is standing beside the vehicles saying nothing meaningful in the hopes to steal said vehicles when unlocked poor, but the immdediate jump to violence from 136 and surrounding gang members after police where forced to react shows that the intended outcome from the beginning was to shoot and stab police.

136 did happily come to ts but failed to see that it was poor rp and believed what he did was acceptable.

You claim I was baiting, what exactly was I baiting? The Police were already arresting someone in my gang, giving us more than enough reason to be hostile towards you, the hostilies that you started by punching me in the face.
The reason I was next to the door of the car was to prevent you from leaving the scene, which worked, you stuck around long enough for the rest of my gang to position themselves and arrive at the scene, you can even see in your medal clip multiple people arriving and setting up. We were planning to break him out from the beginning but after I was punched in the face and you got tackled, hostilities started earlier than we would've hoped but there was more than enough reason to do so. You claim I was only giving short responses but in the youtube clip you can see I was trying to roleplay with the officer, lying about how it was my house but he was having absolutely none of it, shutting down all possible RP and saying 'get away' over and over again.

I fail to see how stalling for time and preventing you from leaving the area so we can break out a fellow gang member is baiting. Although blocking the car door would've been better, it wouldnt've been possible as it's GTA at the end of the day and you would've just been able to open it anyways, hence why I was trying to get in, which I didn't even manage to do anyways.

The footage provided seems to only show a small part of a longer scenario, however from what i can tell @ReggieWhad good reason to stall your work and as the footage shows it was infact yourself (01:00) @Albert Hallwho threw the first punch.
