What best describes this incident ?: was minding my own biz when i suddenly got ran over as there was enough spacing and i was on the right side of the road for that person to pass me as he ran me over and drove off, i later find the same person when i respawn and got his ID in clip

Please (in detail) describe the incident: in the video you are about to watch will show you everything as i have already summed up everything above, as you can see its the same person because nobody else was on early driving the same Taxi, wearing the same clothes, please note ive never interacted with that person before and that i had no correlation/Beef with that individual

Honestly this is a pure desync, I had not run you over on my screen. Which is why when i saw you in paleto i asked how you ended up here. I do apologise mate

Mr Weemz do you perhaps have a clip of this incident happening? You claim it to be desynch yet you drive around like a sausage. (Not saying it's not possible but in that clip you do drive like a sausage)

Why would I have a clip of it when it was desync? You say I’m driving round like a sausage yet you replied like one. My OOC was off, I didn’t see the message and why didn’t he post the full clip when I asked him what happened instead of lying to get my session ID to report me? He had like 30 something coke, if the issue was that big I would’ve paid him for it. Instead he went paleto and lied to me. 
 

and how am I driving like a sausage? I swerve once and on my screen nowhere near him.

So you running a red light, speeding, zig zagging (to which you claim desynch), running someone over wouldn't classify as driving like a sausage? I didn't expect you to have an issue with the word sausage, what a year we live in. 

In the clip provided, it's VERY clear, that you swerve to hit him.

Yet what I see, one would assume otherwise. 

It's a clear cut case of VDM, I am satisfied with the footage provided.
