Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was downed due to me falling off my bike when mining, i got taken to pillbox while i was there i was in there with ID 1349 who was also in a bed. i tabbed back into my game and heard this as i was leaving the room.

After watching the video, I understand where you're coming from, however this isn't something I'd define as racist. He uses black as a descriptor, for example, it's not racist to say "I'm going to beat your white ass up", but if he had stated he was going to beat you up because you were black (Or any protected characteristic), and then furthered his comments with further racist remarks and/or views based upon the colour of your characters skin then this report would be cut and dry. Given there were no further comments made, it leads me to believe it wasn't a racist comment, or appear as racist although I absolutely understand your perspective.
