Please (in detail) describe the incident: just chillin with a friend taking some pictures with the car, suddenly id 1329 and 1302 decides to ran us over for no reason and steal my car i asked them to come to ts twice but they didnt respond.

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @4pfrona

Upon looking into the video it does show that 1329 was the driver of the truck at the time and 1302 was just a passenger. Since 1302 was just a passenger and had no control of the truck no action will be taken upon them, However it does show when session heads was active that 1302 was the one who was driving away in your vehicle. Video overall is clear cut as RVDM with no means to try and help you and your friend if it was an accident. 

So with that being said I'll be issuing a warning to 1329 for G1.1
