Please (in detail) describe the incident: Briefly spoke to this person and they stood out like a sore thumb to me as they seemed very inexperienced with the server but had that car, as I started to ask more questions he got spooked and drove away. as far as I'm away I don't know anyone with a armoured baller with a custom plate. After speaking with the staff member nuclear he assured me there's no baller with such plate reg.
