Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was just chilling and looking fly when out of nowhere a silver local car comes plowing into me at 360mph, once i gather my senses i notice the car was buggered and the chap driving had no care or decency to come over and see how i was and started running away, he also immediately tried to find another vehicle (presumably to do the same thing) when i decided to go have a nice down to earth chat with the guy,

Basically this just seems to be another 24 visa pass hot head who clearly hasn't spent any time reading the rules or understands how things work round here, i'm sure i'm not the only one who nearly had their morning ruined by him.
