Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just logged on to the server a few moments before the incident and had taken my bike out and went to lower pillbox parking area, at which point I pulled my bike into the parking lot and was instantly ran over by 127 who was in a stolen fire truck, another member of the community then came over to see what had happened and tried speaking to the individual who then made off and later came back to either search me or take my phone and radio at which point he left.

The section of the video where the incident occurs is close to the end, around 18:37

hmm weird, the footage was handed to me from another players perspective as my video wasn't rolling as it happened, i can open it myself, ill contact him and see what the problem could be

Good morning @coralcypress!

I've had a look into the evidence provided as it has now been made public.
The problem with this report is, you are claiming RDM on yourself which was on the Bike being exploded. This requires footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident with yourself.
This footage needs to be from your POV. I've got a medics POV of you being chased and run down, but that means I could be missing a load of context. Who's to say that you didn't get yourself involved in a situation with him where his actions of running you down were justified? 

Another problem we've managed to come across is not once during the footage does it display a session ID, without this there is not a lot I can do to identify the reported player as again 127 could be any player on the server without me being able to match the ID.

Due to all of the above, I will be declining this report today due to lack of evidence.
