For reports such a RDM/RVDM, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.

Your evidence shows 11 seconds, are you able to provide a longer clip?

Hi the clip I sent was around 21sec long, that's all I got as I didn't know the clip had to be around 2 min long showing everything after we got to the store as I have no idea who the person is in the taxi. We was in the store buying bits heading to the cloths store in that video there was no RP made in that from the taxi person ? 

The car came out of no where hit me and turned back around that hit my friends. 

The person in the taxi didn't talk or communicate anything towards us.

I understand where you are coming from, I have watched the clip but unfortunately it is far too short.

From my POV on this as staff, I cannot go ahead and do anything with a 21 second clip which shows 11 seconds prior to the reported incident.
I understand what this clip shows, but I could potentially be missing a lot of context here unfortunately. For all I know, you could have been in a situation with this player for a few minutes before hand which sparked him hitting you with the Taxi. 

I appreciate you making the report, but unfortunately due to what I've listed above I will need to decline this due to lack of evidence.
