You have an paramedic character in which I don't doubt you provide some decent RP on, I was on the server having a laugh with you, in which you took it the wrong way, called me a "little bitch" to which I referenced that I was a previous member of 229, a well known criminal organisation, (not currently representing 229 in roleplay, but I am unsure as to what I can and can't say or act in roleplay tbh, whether I was once a gang leader or not). You then recognise the fact that I was "229" and stated "that explains it all", to which I then started driving away to defuse the situation and you then your character started laughing in a manner that appeared at least to me that you are "untouchable" because you're NHS.
What NHS member goes around calling people "little bitches" and laughing like you're batman. None, and the reason for that is they tend to try and avoid situations of conflict, whilst the server has a rule that NHS can not be taken hostage, there is no specific rule against killing them. I did not directly threaten you, but you did understand in roleplay that I was a gang member, after calling me a "little bitch" after I was joking around with you, having a laugh and not really being hostile.
Infact you called me a twat, which I then kept the jokey lighthearted attitude attempting to pass it off that you were incorrect etc, to which then your character appeared annoyed, and decided to call me a little bitch - invoking the hostility of the situation (not me).
To which I then highlighted the fact that I was once a gang member, in attempt for you to change your attitude in roleplay, as NHS as far as I am concerned have no place talking to anyone in a hostile manner, let alone a criminal gang member that as you stated "explains it all" , when attempting to leave you decided to then laugh as if you couldn't be touched because you're NHS, showing that infact my roleplay, change of tone/attitude, giving you information that I am a criminal that does not care about killing you, did not change your hostile attitude.
Leading myself to shoot you, as you were warned.
Roleplay is not black and white, and simply "I will shoot you if you carry on" changes in tone, information gathered through conversation, previous knowledge are all part of your roleplay, and should be taken into account when roleplaying.
Overall, you made the situation hostile, you decided to start throwing insults at a lighthearted jokey scenario, didn't pick up on the change in tone/attitude that my character had when you started becoming more agressive, didn't take into account the fact that you recognised the gang I used to be a part of (previous knowledge) and then carried on with the same roleplay, leading me to shoot you.
If you want to act hostile, and have a character that is aggressive, confrontational, then maybe look at making a criminal character, or learn through roleplay to pick and choose your "battles" carefully.
My justification for shooting you has been outlined above, I appreciate the effort you have spent in the report, but please learn how to separate your own attitude from your characters.
As you seem to have the same strong feelings towards me in and out of game, yet I don't ever remember speaking to you, nor would I ever want to.
"Apparently being the ex-lead of 229 makes him feel big about himself and he decided to shoot me"
Won't be replying anymore, staff can decide.
Cheers.
