Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friends were trying to rob someone outside city hall, when what appeared to be a police officer in a police car pulled up, upon walking up to him realised he wasn’t an officer. Saying he’s heard 4 people with bags on heads been robbing cars, which we said are you going to arrest me for it. (We clearly knew he wasn’t an officer). Then the next thing he continues to just run us all over again and again and just drive off. We attempted to liaison with him in OOC to go discord but he didn’t turn up.
