What best describes this incident ?: tryed to rob someone and they nvl'd

Please (in detail) describe the incident: me and a friend pulled up on someone then attempted to rob them and instead of putting his hands up like we asked he pulled a knife and started stabbing us.

good afternoon frank mate, not what I expected today anyway lets get straight to the point, I knew exactly what you were up to hence why I put my location in our group chat. I had my back turned to Dillon and couldn't not see when he drew his weapon, I took my chances and won. was a bit surprise on the fact I did not get a chance to resolve this with you? I only spoke to dillion not you?

The rulebreak in question is G2.4 - Value of Life.

In this scenario, Warren takes a chance with his switchblade against 2 attackers, one with a shovel and the other a pool cue. He succesfully manages to down one, albeit with the help of a local's car bonnet and I presume flee from the situation using the vehicle he's spotted in at the end of the recording. 

To put it simply, Warren took a chance to fight for his life rather than surrender and possibly recieve worse injuries or be killed down the line, and that chance worked out for him. No rulebreak here.
