Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy has been being a bit weird all night apparently trying to lockpick doors at the police station and running of etc no words spoken. One of the police get a chase on him later on in the night and eventually a decamp and footchase occurs where the player comes to a full stop and disconnects making me believe they have deliberately stopped running and force quit from the server. I saw no one reach out ooc in game or discord.

This player has reached out to me and we have discussed issues on their end not enabling them to log back in or immediately contact someone after this type of incident.
