Please (in detail) describe the incident: I have walked out of pillbox NHS, and heard a man crying for help from a boot, I have walked up to the boot to help the gentlemen that is quite clearly in distress and hanging out of the boot when the driver of the vehicle rams me over and starts berating me, I then put the victim down and begin to talk to the driver and explain that he shouldn't have a person hanging out of his boot in the drive way of the hospital if he has no intention of helping the person. I then walked off and called the guy a psycho as he has just run me over. The gentlemen then proceeds to shoot me in my car and drive off.

I feel as though there was a good opportunity for this to be rp'd out, and having someone hanging out the back of the boot screaming for help does not constitute good RP, especially when you are attacked for coming to the persons aid. This guy clearly has a low frustration tolerance.

Good Morning Good Evening to the wonderful people reading this reply, I am the person in this report. I was very shocked when I woke up and saw this while eating my Frosties and having my morning coffee but anyway let's delve into and give my POV.



Let's rewind it a little bit before Me and Sean Patrick even crossed swords I was at pillbox doing something I can't exactly remember what when we bumped into the guy in the back of the car in the clip let's call him Horrid Henry. Myself and Horrid Henry had an altercation where we got into a fist fight and he ended up in a downed state. Horrid Henry was also saying some very Horrid things so I put him in the boot of my car we took him on a drive to have a chat and what not, Horrid Henry then said "Go back to pillbox 40 of my boys are there" now looking at Horrid Henry's attire I smelt some lies so I then proceed to go back to pillbox to see the 40 man army now this is where me and Sean Patrick cross swords.





My boot was open so he could breathe and not suffocate and also so I could hear him as horrid Henry was saying some really vulgar and horrible stuff so I need it for staff. Anyway you rock up and start speaking to him in the boot I then said "Don't take him out the boot" and this is where the first mistake happens what did you do? You took him out the boot so I revered into you hoping you would drop him, after speaking you eventually dropped him and he was placed back into the boot you then proceeded to walk away calling me a "psycho" so in psychopathic behaviour I shot you while you were in your car about to drive away.



Now I would like to point out a few things in your report you and I quote "I feel as though there was a good opportunity for this to be rp'd out" you were in your car about to drive off so how can you say there was opportunity. Low frustration tolerance? Would you like to elaborate on this I don't know if this is a dig at my character or me as a person so if you could go into detail.



Now whilst we are here few things I would like to ask you Mr Sean Fitzpatrick when shot in the head why did you not role play your injuries?

And another I would like to ask you when you were filling out your report did you fully read the guide and more importantly the "Attempt to resolve the issue tab" as you never once asked me to come QE or try resolve this I can see that your account was made 10 mins before this report went up

Good evening,

I will begin my response by thanking for the time you have taken to respond to this.

When I said there was a good opportunity for this to be rp'd out, I was referring to you potentially getting out of your vehicle and explaining the situation at hand, Instead you only told me not take the person from out of the boot and failed to provide a reason as to why I shouldn't reasonably help out another citizen. This might I add is happening around many other citizens in a public space where things like this are highly unlikely to happen in the view of many cameras etc. Instead you proceeded to run me over, fair enough, after your first act of violence, I complied with your request to place the gentleman back in the boot and tried to take the opportunity to get more details on some background on why I wasn't permitted to help out someone who was crying for help in the ambulance bay of a hospital. Instead you and your friend started yelling at me and insulting me asking if I am a "hospital man", I then realised that no meaningful RP would come out of this situation so then decided to disengage, I was not a threat to you at this point I was making attempts to leave the area and continue on with my day.
If you wanted to carry out something like this you could have avoided the main driveway of the hospital? I am not here to instruct you how to live your life, but this to me is not good quality positive RP.

The low frustration tolerance comment. I am referring to you pulling out weapons at the drop of a hat. If you cant handle being called a psychopath after you have ran a person over and continued to yell at them, this to me constitutes someone who has a low frustration tolerance, and feels the need to 1 up people in every transaction you have with them.

As for your question of why I did not roleplay my injuries, I fail to see how this is. I was shot in the driveway of a hospital. Any reasonable person, regardless of injuries would make every meaningful attempt to get emergency life sustaining care if it is within close proximity. I understand if this situation happened elsewhere but in the grounds of an emergency department I don't think its unreasonable for me to be rushed in for emergency treatment.

As for your question of why I did not roleplay my injuries, I fail to see how this is. I was shot in the driveway of a hospital. Any reasonable person, regardless of injuries would make every meaningful attempt to get emergency life sustaining care if it is within close proximity. I understand if this situation happened elsewhere but in the grounds of an emergency department I don't think its unreasonable for me to be rushed in for emergency treatment.

You had been shot in the head 3 times and was talking like nothing happened telling the wonderful Peter Wright "Fuck off what are you doing" it seemed a little bit bitter and i am now questioning if this report has been thrown up due to you not getting the outcome you wanted?

The reason I didn't go to QE chat was that our engagement was anything but amicable, and judging on the interaction that took place already with you and your friend, QE wouldn't have achieved much. It was already demonstrated to me that you were not going to be reasonable at that time.

If you watch the clip again you will see that its not actually me that is speaking, its the gentleman that is carrying me. Go and compare the voices of me speaking to you in the car and the voice of the person speaking to your friend post incident. Easy mistake on your part... All good.

Few things to address here.

1 - have you got a clip that shows up to 3-5minutes before the situation please? As per the report guidelines, a clip of this length will allow us to determine if no prior roleplay occured before you were attacked.

2:

leave the lovely staff team to decide on this report and do an investigation you never quite got around to answering this question

Please leave it to the staff team from the get go to ask questions and look into things please @Calven404 - other players are under no obligation to answer questions posed by yourself.

3:

A liaison is recommended - but not a requirement. Players are well within their right to report without any form of prior liason.

I may have been angry and what not in character ooc. Im completely different so to say that you didn't think QE wouldn't have achieved much is bonkers

@Calven404. As stated by @Bonzi, it is a recommendation only, talking it out in QE is not a requirement for a player report. As for weather you would or would not have been reasonable, it doesn't really matter as that was the judgement that I made at the time.

@Bonzi, Unfortunately I do not have a clip of 3-5mins prior, this is because my recording software is only set to record a small snippet, as to not take up large quantities of space on my hard drive. I appreciate this is less than ideal but I can give context that previous to myself and player 1174 engaging, I was going to pillbox NHS, to get medical attention from an accident. It was only when I exited the facility that player 1174 came into contact. This is the first time I have ever spoken to this gentleman and there is no reason for any "Bad-blood" so to speak to be present.

Unfortunately we would need a clip to prove that there was no prior roleplay or interaction between yourself and your perpetrator @seannieboi. Based on this we cannot confirm if RDM/vRDM occured here.

One point for yourself @Calven404 should you find yourself reported in future - please do not begin flinging mud at others, accusing/inferring that they have also broken rules, and please leave questioning to staff. Only respond to reports to add context or show footage that about the original report topic please.
