Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was robbed at clinton fuel and was left alive. Still had a phone and radio so radioed in to look out for a black volvo because that's what the people who robbed were driving. Go back to turf and get in colours and a few people get strapped(me included) and go looking for them. We went to Clinton fuel thinking they wouldn't be stupid enough to go back but they were, so my friend told them to get out the car with their hands up but they didn't and tased him instead(Didn't get that person's ID) so I downed him in the car and his friends swapped seats and drove away. We made chase and they crashed their cars. Another got downed and the other(117) took my friends bike so I chased them. Once 117 was downed I went to get a car which I eventually got and when I was driving to dump them 117 disappeared from the car.

I was 117 as stated in your report and as you can see in the video.  During this situation as you had me in the car my head popped (I did not combat log) and I was having some problems with my laptop. I loaded back into the game straight away and I waited in the same spot for 30 mins  for ambulance to come and get me. I didn't realise I would have needed to explain myself or go into the ooc to contact Cameron or whoever else to let them know what has just happened its only now once I had explained to a friend what happened and they advised me to check the forums to see if I had got reported so I could explain the situation and see if we could come to some sort of liaison. If you want to discuss the situation further via discord with a staff member I am happy to do so if your happy to do that let me know if not we will just leave it here in the report section. But I would be appreciative if we could liaison so I can give a verbal explanation to why I disappeared at that moment of time.

@Cameron McDonaldDid you wait around the area to see if the player ever returned? If not could you explain why?

@GTDIn this situation, Indeed I can confirm you didn't combat log and it was a crash overall. With that being said, Why didn't you think making a post in OOC to inform the person who had you know? Since this report could of been avoided as a result no?

I did not wait around the area to see if they player came back because I already had one downed in my car so I didn't want to take the chance and wait.

@Cameron McDonaldI do understand the reasoning behind this in a sense however just waiting or having someone else that was involved or could wait and see is often handy in cases such as these, In case someone does crash over combat logging as the situation could then carry on. Whilst indeed you wouldn't know if it was a combat log or not during the situation just some food for thought moving forth. 

@GTD Whilst it's good to hear that you will review the rules, One thing for yourself to keep in mind moving forth is IF this happens down the line where you do crash there are a few options open to yourself to make others aware over using this fact to your advantage. You can make a ticket on discord and inform the staff team of what happened and as you did return back to the game as soon as possible to carry on the situation. 

Pop a message in ooc chat in game to make the person aware that you we're in RP with, Reason for this is the report overall could of been avoided should you of reached out. It's more common courtesy, Think if this happened to you when you had someone downed in your vehicle, Always helpful to see the bigger picture as you may have lived or not but by not reaching out it turned the situation into something a lot different. 

Now as mentioned above, You did crash over combat logging and in turn the report will be denied based on this bases, However I would ask that you both do take the advice moving forth as this will only help in cases such as these moving forth. I do hope you both are having a wonderful Christmas and an early happy new year!
