Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was an active situation with marabunta and that he hopped on and got involved, changing the course of roleplay. I couldn't help but notice his id being high as I had just logged on and waited the 15 minutes and just arrived to the situation.
I do believe they they were well aware what was going on and put them self in a position to get involved as we had a marabunta down in a car.

Hello this is me you are reporting we just had a qe about this and you was fine with what happened ... im going to say the same thing here I had no clue of what was going on we never knew you had Pablo me and Eddie see a gto head on to the highway and then it span it on us so asked who it was , then we got surrounded by blacked out people and was shot at in my eyes for no reason at all as I wasn't being hostile or didn't know the situation was happening so I defended myself and shot you if I wasn't shot at I would have carried on as I was unaware of the situation but randomly got shot at so I defended myself I wasn't looking or hunting for you or even try to shoot you until you shoot me

sorry i don't have any longer clip as i didn't think it was necessary , but you guys shoot at me first putting me involved in a situation as you can tell in the clip I wanted to get away and go to mara turf but was shot at .. At the beginning of the clip Eddy says why is this guy running for and then I say oh shit it's cutlass .. If you hadn't have shot at me I would have just gone to mara turf and not got involved at all as you can see i wanted to leave and had no clue what was going on.
i don't really have anything else to say thanks .

of Course you don't want to show a longer clip of you getting called down on radio. were not stupid here you put yourself into a position to get involved.
also I don't see you getting shot first at just you saying there's cutlass and shooting. you had plenty of opportunity to leave the situation even when getting out the car at the end and wait before entering the active situation. also where are all these blacked out people surrounding you?

(G11.5) Ongoing Hostile Situations
When joining the server, you cannot involve yourself in any ongoing hostile situations involving your group/faction for 15 minutes.
Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances i.e.. Needing to relog or connection timeouts. However, the usual protocol should be followed, such as reaching out to players involved and informing staff etc.

there is clearly a shot at our car before I shot, I don’t know what you want me to say, but its clear that you got me involved in the situation by shooting at me what made me stay instead of going back to Mara like I say in the clip that I wanted to go back to Mara to get away from getting surrounded as I had no clue what was going on , I just started getting shot at .. yess I do know the rule you don’t have to state it , as the rule states ( you cannot involve yourself in any ongoing hostile situations ) which I didn’t involve myself. Someone shot me
