Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i was driving through mara turf with the changaloas scouting in random vehicles seeing if any mara where around for us to grab, i drive through mara turf a few times and i then decide to park up behind a container to scout from a vantage point, i go to drink a smoothie and as I'm drinking it i get shot in the head by a revolver with no RP at all and ultimately end up getting taken to dodgy doctor where i pass away

I feel like there was no RP provided on this situation and i see it as clear RDM from the person.

Surprised I've been reported here seen as we resolved it in discord. I shot you because we saw local cars circling and moments later we see a changaloa coloured audi r8 at shopfront. Just after we saw the brown r8 at shopfront which we know is a changaloa car. A bike that has been circling drives up behind a container that's out of sight on our turf and is just sitting there in what you said as a 'vantage point' which I took as a threat towards my fellow mara members in the shop. When you drank a smoothie I thought it was the animation that takes place when you pull out a gun seen as it's a new thing and I'm not familiar with it yet so I shot you. After you were downed we took you to dodgy where you declined the defib and then died where you lost a sawn off and some bullets. In liason you expressed how you were sad about losing the sawn off which is understandable, but I feel it is the only reason you made this report seen as it was resolved in liason. I would also like to mention you were asking how many times I was banned which I think isn't needed in a liason and is very unproffesional.

This is the rp you have given us shown in these clips isn't up to a high standard. There has been many incidents of rdm against us where members of your gang have been in mara shop and just down anyone  who walks into shop regardless if they're in mara or not and sometimes your gang will come up to us blacked out on a bike, ask if we're mara and shoot us so me seeing a blacked out bike in a 'vantage point' is really suspicious with you on your bike and more cars circling.

evening Cameron appreciate you replying, the reason i have reported this is not because of the sawn off, i explained my side of it in the liaison and yes i was upset that i lost a sawn off but that was the last thing i cared out, as soon as you joined the liaison i asked you why you did it and you said to me "I don't know it was stupid from my side" you admitted you were in the wrong you said you didn't know what you were doing and it was stupid and i agree it was, i just want to know Cameron why you just shot someone blacked out on a bike with no RP at all, i heard nothing from you and was shot, i get from your POV it may seem like I'm pulling a weapon but even if i was i was no threat to you i was no where near anyone and i was just shot, kind of feels like you were looking to kill and not to RP Cameron and i expected better as to why i called you to discord, i told you in discord i was 50/50 on reporting it and I would think about it and we left it at that Cameron as to why where here in this position as to why i reported this

this clip provided shows that your quality of RP is not to standard, in the clip it shows a Mara showing up out of colours and just shooting at the changaloas. this is just one of many situations where this has happened Cameron and its not pretty

You're saying that and yes I did admitted to my mistake of shooting with poor rp but i've given you more reasons why I shot you and staff can see that. You also need to remember it was an active shootout and you were in amongst it and from my side i made the mistake of thinking you pulled out a gun and that's why i shot. You're saying you were no threat to anyone else because you weren't near them but you yourself said you were in a vantage point. In vc I admitted it was a mixup and it was sorted and you've taken it a bit far to the point where it's just petty.

Im gonna point something out Cameron, in that whole clip that i provided not one bullet was shot at anyone from our side or your side, you say "it was a active shootout" not one person had shot a bullet in fact you were the first person to shoot a bullet in that whole fight we had Cameron. yes a brown car drove through mara turf, but no one had shot a single bullet. if shots were fired id be down there fighting myself and not sat on a hill waiting, id also like to ask Cameron if you have a perspective from your side of things because its hard for me to believe that i was any threat, i could have been a seller at Marabunta just sat watching waiting for something to happen keeping away from the fighting, not once did you interact with me and not once did i hear a word from you i was just shot, and like i said before if you have a clip from your side i would like to see it so i can see these supposed shots that were fired, thats all from me

I don't have a clip seeing as I didn't have my medal running. There were shots down near shopfront which were called out on radio. You are also forgetting the fact that we saw you circling multiple times and not selling to any local cars which gave away that you weren't there to sell. You said you were keeping away from the fight but if you've been in any fight at our turf that took place in cars it always ends up stretching over there which could be seen as NVL from you seeing as you'd be in the middle of a gunfight if anything kicked off. I'd also like to mention both gangs were in an active beef for around 3 weeks as well.

The clip on the initial report is too short for RDM, please provide footage of 3-5 minutes prior to the initial rule break so that we can see all context.

Also, Are Marabunta and Changaloa's at war officially? If so, can a screenshot be pasted with the war rules?

Wouldn't call it an official war. It was more of a long winded beef so there were no war rules or anything in place. We did liaison and he was happy with it from what I could tell but has still reported the issue.

Good Afternoon Liam appreciate you taking the time to respond to my report, I've been through my medal and I have no earlier clips of what happened leading up to the events at marabunta turf, I could try and see if I can get any footage prior and ill edit this response and add it onto the end, to answer your question about Marabunta and Changaloas being at war, no its not a war at all, no rules had been put in place for either side, to end this response of the result of the liaison was Cameron saying it was his bad he knew he was in the wrong, i said to Cameron that i was in two minds of reporting it, i said i was 50/50 on reporting it and id think about it and my choice was to report it

I would like to say I didn't say I was in the wrong, I said that I made a mistake of thinking that you pulled your gun out and that's one of the reasons I shot. I apologised and you were happy with it to my knowledge so even if you were 50/50 on reporting it, it feels like you wasted my time and yours for calling a liaison if it wasn't to sort anything. It feels like the only reason you called the liaison was to ask what my ban situation was like and if I were to get banned how long it would be for which you emphasised on at the end of the liaison.
