Please (in detail) describe the incident: PC Pablo Johnson and PC Bart Lewis was patrolling Hustlers Turf for DRUG dealers when we spotted someone getting robbed at GUN point. We approached the situation and helped 1115 from getting robbed. We managed to get the Robber in CUFFS. We took the robber into a car park for our protection which his friend approached us which we told multiple times to leave which then got him Tasered and put into CUFFS also.

When two Suspects are in CUFFS, 1115 the person that we helped and got robbed decided to run at PC Pablo Johnson and PC Bart Lewis, then started using a weapon without warning or reason to kill us. I find it very stupid to approach officers that help you from getting robbed and killing them just for a GUN. I find this poor RP and 1115 didn't use no Common Sense.

After the RP situation we took the incident into Discord call which we discussed about what happened. The reason why he did what he did was for the GUN off the Robber. The discord call started getting Toxic and 1115 decided to be rude and then later leave the call.

Hi I am character 1115 my names Ryan Smooth, basically the way I seen this was 2 fellas came over trying to Rob me I complied then officer Pablo came to the rescue ended up detaining the man who was robbing me mean while the guy getting arrested friend was driving round in circle where one of officer opens fire and hit me in the stomach which u can see on Pablos Twitch Stream, I then walked away till they got the offender safely detained I was watching the whole thing behind a wall waiting for the right moment to get revenge not only just for this but there's been many of time Pablo has abused the police force in 1 occasion a few months back he kidnapped me took me to a mountain and took my phone and radio me being the person I am didn't make a complaint or take any footage of it, back to the scene after I downed Pablo and his colleuge he then proceeded to say in Game this it Terrible Rp and was continously going out of character, my friend has that part clipped! After I finished the scene I then joined Queen Elizabeth discord to sort the matter out to be further ridiculed by Pablo and everyone involved in the scene, I'm really sorry you have to Deal with this and I am thankful for your time I hope we can resolve this as this city is my life, thanks Ryan Smooth

I never broke character? I can show the full recording until we was put into Hospital if needed. Only RULE I broke is Not Rping my Injuries which I have a 7DAY BAN currently for due to a ADMIN was watching the incident whilst we was Dead. 

Back to the situation anyways. After PC Johnson and PC Lewis helped you and you accidently got shot by PC Lewis. Surly you wouldn't be in the correct mind set to approach us with a Bullet wound? I feel that you RDM us all over a PISTOL that you wanted from the Robber which you also admitted in Discord.

I do still want this Report looked into please and thanks 🙂

None of this made any sense to me at all this is the first time something like this happened to me and it was so hard 2 stay in character when these was 0 warning and was attacked for no reason after helping Ryan. I Received a 24 ban for not rp my injury along with something else. As for shooting you in the stomach that was a mistake I was aiming at the car that was involved in the armed robbery driving towards me and You (Ryan) and with past experience that means 1 thing running us over i wasnt taking any chances. You ran back over kinda at the same time as the car started driving towards us. I shot twice the first one was at the driver the 2nd one that hit u but I had already shot at the driver again b4 I realised you was in the line of fire, i then told u 2 move. And told the guy in the car to leave the area. But really I should of ordered him out the car.

I was disappointed the police are there to help people and if that's what police get for helping someone then why should police help? So really u didn't get the gun u wanted as it was already taken off the suspect. So really there was zero point.

Do you know the rough date/month this happened?

Did you respawn as a result of this?

Was this as Ryan Smooth?​
 
I can't recall the date was a month ago maybe 2 now I haven't got it clipped as I say because I was new to pc and only recently downloaded medal, thanks for your time Ryan

What would you say your character, Ryan Smooth, was trying to achieve by injuring the two officers that had just helped you escape a robbery?​
 
I was trying to regain my dignity as a criminal/gangsta after beeing violated by a gun man and a police man who shot me where after he shot me i said 'what u doing u dickheads', my intentions were robbing the guy who tried robbing me, the whole thing was terrible rp from there side ruined my night to be honest with you to get in discord with them and get given abuse was so unprofessinal, I'm sorry you have to deal with this! Hope we can resolve this matter as i have spent the last 5/6months daily in the city without any issues -Ryan Smooth

Would you say Ryan has had it out for these specific officers since being kidnapped?

What I'm trying to determine from you is if this has been consistently roleplayed to make sense of what does in fact look like RDM.
So far I'm not convinced.​
 
Yes Ryan had it out for Pablo and I've had a few bumping with him reminding him of him kidnapping me and yes he fully knows about it, from my side yes they did help me but they also shot me I had a vendetta against Pablo and when they got the suspect in cuffs I was watching them from the corner of the wall and I then proceeded to attack them I obviously had interaction with them because they helped and shot me and I replied aggressively to them both officers tried attacking me aswel while I was attacking them to me thats fare game then after they were breaking charachter which led to both them getting a little holiday, thanks for your time Ryan Smooth

Where I stand at currently is you have this elaborate story between your character Ryan and Pablo Johnson however, 
I see no evidence of this at all. Even yourself can't provides dates of a major reasoning to want to hurt Pablo Johnson. 
You could've done so much more to engage this story and sadly failed to do so.
You have only just come off an RDM ban so,
