Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and PC Julie Johnson were out on patrol and were in pursuit of a flatbed truck that was driving dangerously, officers eventually got the vehicle disabled. When asking the driver questions he ignored us but still put his hands up showing us he was still present and allowed us to place him under arrest and into cuffs. We got him into the police car and made our way back to MRPS but discovered our PIC was no longer with us, we tried Using OOC to see if he came back and that was to no avail. He may have had connection issues but as he did talk to an officer previously when being chased we knew he had a voice.
