After a gunfight with cutlass with many spectators who rightfully valued their lives and stayed far from the shooting two members of marabunta decided to come in and utilise the gunfight to their advantage and scoop two grove bodies. Before 1069 picked us up, two other individuals had some interesting remarks including 'theres no green ones here left' 'theres two dead grove in the gto nevermind'. Both comments demonstrating clear intentions to scoop grove bodies. Following this interaction we were subsequently picked up by a marabunta member.

Ironically as you can hear in the clip father augustus is simultaneously explaining he cant save us as it is a gang on gang conflict despite us being children of god.

With limited RP and interaction the mara members instantly took me to dodgy to simply loot box and take my weapons.

Decided to not use liaison as the accusation is pretty clear.

There was no teaming or zerging at all as the other group involved did not benefit from my actions at all. We also did not help any members of the other group like you are hinting.

A little bit of background to this story is the fact Mara and Grove had been fighting for hours before this fight. The fight you were downed from was done over 15 minutes before I had taken you. Mara was provoked by Grove to retaliate when your fellow Grove member Eric approached a car full of Mara.

I had tried to approach you several times to liaison and we could have discussed this but you ignored all my attempts and then finally refused when I approached you on discord.

Want to clear this up as it was me who made these comments, also to give the staff who reviews this context to these comments.

These werent to identify you or anything, I made these comments because i saw the gto on the road and was gonna take it and use it as a car to drive, until... i see you both in there to where i go "theres 2 grove sitting in it nevermind" and in regards to the "No green ones left" that was made because i was gonna take grove cars to drive before choosing the cutlass ones but there was indeed "no green ones left"

To start off Alan the sentiment of your reply demonstrates a clear lack of understanding of the rule. You are not to use a gang fight between two gangs to gain an advantage in anyway. As a result of a large scale gunfight between cutlass and grove you came in and scooped grove bodies and took us to dodgy doctor and loot boxed us. There was 0 roleplay or interaction from you or your friend, you never identified yourselves as mara, you never explained why you had taken me or why you were dodgying me. The only roleplay received was 1 /me at the dodgy doctor. Aside from this I was given no context or roleplay at all. You simply used the cutlass fight to take grove bodies and dodgy doctor us.

The rule is not one sided it is irrelevant if you think cutlass benefited from your involvement as you did not know the context or what was going on when you scooped our bodies. Also, bearing in mind the rule is two ways marabunta and yourself used the gunfight to your advantage to scoop our bodies and take our weapons with 0 context.

I'm not sure what the relevance of this comment is the gunfight between mara and grove had ended hours prior and we had been engaged in a fight with cutlass on the bridge for over 45 minutes.

The fight you were downed from was done over 15 minutes before I had taken you.

This comment is also confusing there is no NLR timer for teaming and utilising a gunfight between other gangs to scoop grove bodies. Again as father said he cant involve himself in gang on gang violence which is an attitude you should've followed. Additionally, there were multiple cutlass cars present driving up and down the bridge at the time you picked us up. The situation was ongoing.

Mara was provoked by Grove to retaliate when your fellow Grove member Eric approached a car full of Mara.

When was this alleged provocation ? seems very vague to me. Are you confusing this with the incident on Thursday evening which initiated the beef with mara and grove?

Again you seem to be confusing situations I did not receive any call to liaison as a result of this situation. Do you have any evidence of this? As stated in the other report I did not see a call to liaison.

In response to you Luke I believe this is a clear attempt to falsify the context of your comments, you had been spectating the gunfight for the duration and was very aware of the situation. I find your humorous tone and identification of us as grove street despite us not being in colours and then 30 seconds later us being scooped by marabunta very ironic. I find it hard to believe this is a coincidence.

There is no falsifying from me, I ran to steal the car and realised 2 body’s were inside and called out that never mind I’m not stealing it there is 2 people inside that’s the end of my side but I’m not even reported here anyway just clearing up you mentioning my comments

Hi Logan.

Mara and Grove had a fight around 10PM Alan may have downed me in this gunfight.

The gunfight Alan scooped my body from is a gunfight between Cutlass and Grove at about 1am. Alan used the gunfight between cutlass and grove to then scoop my body and dodgy me.

Now teaming is when a group(s) come together to achieve a common goal. The wording from our rule on the teaming meaning itself states: “Forming alliances or coordinating in any way between groups during attacks“

From this footage, I don’t see any coordination between the gangs. By the looks of it, from the footage provided, Grove seen an opportunity to pick up a rival gang member and then rob him. They didn’t pick you up to hand over to Cutlass, nor did they assist cutlass by picking up their members to take to hospital. This would be teaming. They picked you up for their own personal gain. They did not assist any side in whatever war you have going on.

Therefore, due to the above, this report will have to be denied.
