Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was with other TFA at the shop and a taxi comes in with a member and and an other fella dead in the back seat, from conversation it turns out the other guy(106) had stabbed alex after punching him
after a little chat it was decided the guy would be disposed of with the fhishies
i drove him to the ocean taking a bad choice and ending up in the airport but the whole time he was chatting away and talking about things in other vity he came from

from what it sounded like he was in another city where he was a vargos member, in that city they have a war with the lost when he see the Kutte he asumes it was a LOST member and used some /me commands to display text and then attacked alex, throughout the drive he mentiones it a few times and asumes that TFA must also be LOST and whatever he did dident matter

then starts talking about being a gang in a public server and when in the water continues to speak perfectlly fine

i was told he was shot in the head so i have no idea how he spoke so well this whole journey

the member he stabbed may also attatch some footage

i dident try to resolve before this report but presume the guy would have just disregarded any talk we had

time was around 17:30/50

This is my view being the one stabbed. I was just heading to the clothes shop to have a look, ID 106 was talking but at the time I was alt tabbed as you will see in the footage. He then punches me as ' I wasn't speaking to him ' so I then chase after him and punch him back, I then get stabbed and he brings up things from a different city also seen in the original footage posted by Sam. The footage speaks for itself.

cool, i did a bit of digging, found out it was a "Calan Jackson" (CharID: 72478) that stabbed and downed Alex bishop.

now onto the report itself.

the RP leading up to Alex being stabbed was below the standard of stuff i saw on arma, nothing leading up to a sentence worth stabbing someone over, he asked what gang someone was in(not really sure who he asked due to you tabbing out) punches you, then runs outside and gives the reason  "i come from a different city, but i still have it"(roughly) making it seem that he's taking some RP from elsewhere over to here, which i would class at best as OOC information.

regarding the other stuff, talking about another city within character is not really a rule break UNLESS he mentions it by name, in which he didn't from what i heard.

he did break character with the whole "Public server" stuff.

his RP wasn't bad per say, could it have been better? absolutely, but hey ho, everyone has space for improvement.
he RP'ed his injuries to some extent, maybe he didn't see he got hit the same place as the guy that shot him did, who knows, fivem is a bit weird, but he did RP it up until he broke RP.
