Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just woke up and was on my way to the hospital. While i was at the hospital these two player's pulled up i went to say hello and before i got to even finish they both killed me with a machete for no reason. I put in OOC asking for them player's to come back to have a chat and only 111 did come back to say he didnt know the person.

Hello. 
While this video definitely looks a whole lot like a case of RDM, for me to be able to action it I require a video of the length requested in the requirements shown before opening this request - Three to five minutes prior to the incident. 

This is to show that you did not have an altercation with the people killing you shortly before, that with further context would've been within their "rights" to do so, without breaking server rules.
