Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just ran up to turf (Grove Street safehouse) My wife was standing there with a couple of people and they seemed to be somewhat of a threat with what one of them was saying, so I could kinda tell by this guy that he was gonna start chatting shit. So I ran down to my house and grabbed my gun/bullets.

After I got my gun, I then ran back up to my safehouse, looked as if the 2 guys were about to leave, then they came back ,and 1052 started chatting shit to me, I then said, 'you wanna get off fuckin turf mate?' , then he says about dusting me on my own turf and then i pulkl out my gun on him and tell him to get the fuck off. He then starts to square up to me and was saying, go on shoot me, shoot me lad, shoot me lad. I then start shooting him and he starts running up to me and tries top punch me. I down him and he continues to chat shit on the ground and not even act as If he had been shot.

After I end up getting him inside the back of a car, start driving around and he continues to chitchat and talks about being being on GTA and in a game. I end up brining him to train tacks at back of PD and then ask him if he has any last words and shot him in the head and then he was like 'ahahaha broski couldn't even finish me off, oh my god'.

I have reviewed the footage and go over the points below:

G2.4 Value of Life -

You pull a gun out on ID 1052 and tell him to get off of your turf and ID 1052 consistently says 'Go on shoot me lad' over and over again until you have downed him. This is a clear rule break of G2.4.

G4.4 New Life Rule (Downed) - 

Whilst the player is in a downed state, he doesn't act his injuries and acts as if he's not just rinsed with a mag of bullets. The player almost sounds as if he's talking normally in the footage. Clear breach of G4.4.

G2.3 Roleplay Everything -

The player begins Breaking RP and saying things such as 'real life' and 'on a game' etc...

C1.2 & C1.3 - 

Now the term 'Retard' can come with context and be punishable and cannot be punishable in certain circumstances. However, in the clips provided it is clear that ID 1052 isn't here for Roleplay and he was using this term in an OOC manner to attack you personally and not your character. Even in the third clip provided at 3:23, ID 1052 calls you a 'Faggot' which makes it even more clear that he is using these derogatory words for an attack on you and not your player.
