Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Two other officers responded to a dispatch that we got which claimed to be a person has been stabbed, when we arrived at scene it turns out to be a hoax and instead we was all taken up hostage, the hostage demands where simple to drop my taser and the gun on the floor then they changed there minds and said to give it to them and gave me there id i believe this is to stop them from breaking the item which i am led to believe this is power gaming i did call everyone involved to QE multiple times but no response

Hello @Rio Stokes- thank you for taking the time to make this report.

Regardless of whether you drop or pass a weapon to another player as an on-duty police officer, it will break. There are methods to circumvent this - however attempting to do so in any roleplay/robbery is deemed to be exploiting.

Within this scenario - your robbers changing their mind and asking that you hand them your weaponry instead of dropping would not count as powergaming or exploiting.
