Please (in detail) describe the incident: We ran into two drug dealers cutting at the tables, ironically they didn't respond and seemed to be AFK. We tried giving them enough time to return. Unfortunately, we were forced to retreat in the hope of them returning. I then sneaked back into the tables and as soon as I spotted them, they both disconnected at the same time (Combat log - 3:02 in evidence clip). While trying to pick lock their cars, an admin teleported them back. This time 135 complied while 105 ran at us punching, showing a clear NVL. This forced us to shoot at him to defend ourselves, which in turn alerted the police, totally changing the intended Role-play. We lost time, items and vehicles trying to Roleplay, which I believe wouldn't of happened if 105 and 135 didn't rule break.

this in fact is not all true. I watched your clip of it and when you came into the room we were in our heads for all of 5 mins meaning we missed your attempted robbery. we did not disconnect at all. an admin had got our attention and had a word with us which is where we apologised and explained that we missed the robbery in action. he then brought us back down outside the room where I fully complied with my hands up and got zip tied, still I complied with you then. the other guy complied with your roleplay but in fact chose the opposite route to myself trying to protect what he had. there was no combat logging or NVL that happened throughout this. 

also you did not try to resolve this with us before reporting. i do however believe what your thinking is combat log was when the admin teleported us to him.

At the time of swinging my punch you were in fact unarmed and didn't put you machete out until after,  by the time you did  I was already being shot at, isn't he hole point of MMORP that stuff isn't going to go your way, you roleplay who you want to be not how everyone else reacts.

I made attempts in the OOC to speak to you in liaison, but unfortunately, no one joined. Common sense would tell you going AFK in the cutting area isn't a good idea. I think it's ironic how both of you were AFK too? We waited a while for you to return. I'm guessing the admin explained to you that you were being robbed before being teleported back, so you were well aware of the situation. You chose to ignore this and punch 3 armed men. Not only NVL but I believe it was power gaming as you wanted to control the RP situation in your favour. Have you got any footage from your point of view of the situation?

we both accept that is wasn't the best time or place to go afk and we understand, so we take full responsibility to that, There is no evidence in your evidence video that you tried to contact us via OOC, I don't have any evidence of my POV due to not using Clipping software as it lags my system, both AFK at the same time is coincidence as my partner was in the kitchen making a cup of tea and I was in a meeting due to me working from home, you are right that the admin did explain the situation to us but he did not specify firearm so i assume you tried to rob us using melee, as you can see in your video above my partner complied due to her seeing a gun whilst i didn't due to me seeing you unarmed and further on in the rp when i shouted to police for help you mentioned that i was shot in the head using a shotgun while in the photo I attached you can clearly see that it didn't hit me in the head, it hit my back.

Good Afternoon,

First of all, though it may have appeared to be combat logging, I can assure you that the users did not log out throughout the situations.

Now, due to this and the fact that 135 complied with the robbery after being up from the processor, I see no other rulebreaks here outside of the initial being AFK (which they have been spoken to about already), so let us turn our attention to 105.

@SHEIKARMat the start of the situation, I am more than happy to accept your claim that you weren't aware there were people with guns present. It happens to everyone, especially if you aren't looking in the right direction. My problem, however, is what happened immediately after you started punching, where you turn around and begin running at the user with the pistol in his hand, even after you heard him shoot. The other user then runs into frame with a shotgun and you still fail to comply. Even if you didn't notice the shotgun, you're now using nothing but your fists to try to take on robbers with a machete and a pistol, I'm not sure how you were ever planning on winning that situation.

Given the facts of the case, I'm unsure how this can be seen as anything except NVL. If you are being robbed by a group, you only have fists and they have a pistol, a shotgun & a machete, you're not going to win. I accept that there is a level of roleplay to be had and allowences within the NVL rule for you to make your stand, but this isn't something you should have attempted.
