Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was randomly thoughtlessly motoring around when I came across a gentleman standing over the body of a woman (Claire Clancy), since it was a potential source of interaction I decided to stop and was approached, asked if I could pick Claire up. She later told me the fellas had stabbed her, but as they were at the hospital it seems the beef had been squashed, thus I took her inside. The scenario was pretty strange and had an off-waiting-vibe where I was later correct, as 1046 decided to wait for me to pick Claire up to choose this moment to just, well, stab me to death with no real high quality interaction or roleplay behind it.

I spoke with the fella/s in Discord in QE but wasn't happy with the expanation, and the blatatent lies they told me in order to try and justify attacking me.

Hello Mate, Just wanted to hold my hands up and admit to where i went wrong, it was really late at night and i just was thinking irrationally, I understand where I've gone wrong and how this has impacted your roleplay experience, I'm still new to the city and wouldn't want stupid behaviour on my behalf to impede or impact your roleplay experience, this wont happen again as after going over the rules once again i can see where I've gone wrong and it was stupid of me, yet again apologies for this, hope we can turn a new leaf and when/if we come across each other in the future i can make our roleplay far more enjoyable.

I'll leave this to staff as they can see your previous issues- I'm more than happy to jot this down to whatever the first rung is- a warning(?). I'm happy that you can see you've done wrong, but I'm still very put off by the lies that were told in the liason. I'm not looking to get you into uncessary trouble, but certainly ensure that this is flagged as a problem behavior in case it comes up again the future for others.

Yeah that's no problem dude, just been in love with playing the server and the interactions are incredible and very immersive at the most unexpected times, again I'm sorry I acted the way I did its very out of character and it won't happen again. Hope to see you in some real RP in the future!

From watching the evidence provided, I can say pretty clearly this is by definition RDM "Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM." Now @Barry Skinfade I appreciate you sticking your hands up and admitting to your wrongdoing and talking about taking steps to improve which as this is your first offence from what I can tell you would have only been banned for 1 Day

Unfortunately for you in this case I also can see that you have broken another rule C2.3 Combat Logging which although not due to this report will be added to your record resulting in the below punishment
