Hi @Kev Karma, thank you for making this report!

The reported player was at gunpoint for a while whilst you were demanding for him to raise his hands. Anton then decided to continue talking with you and ignore your demands until you shot him in the foot, at this point he then places his hands up.
If I were at gunpoint, I would be complying with all demands. To then make a decision to pull out a gun and attempt shooting you does not make any sense whatsoever and is a clear breach of rule G2.4.

Due to the above, I will be acting on this report with the following today:
