Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a situation with hustlers johnny was downed and taken to dodgy, at dodgy once he was up we asked him to disarm himself which he proceeded to not value his life and pull out a gun and shoot while having 5 armed cutlass members around him knowing it would result in him dying.

Thank you for the report.

The actions of ID 104 in the video are quite clear to deprive their robbers of the items they have. They seemingly cannot take the 'loss', so instead, they decide to pull their gun in a situation in which they clearly have no upper hand and force their death to prevent any further robbery RP. This mentality and approach to roleplay is not one we wish to see on the server.

There was staff spectating after this happened where ID 104 didn't RP the injuries they had sustained, and it was very clear they had no intention of roleplaying in the situation.
