Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 4 in the morning I was on duty plain clothes when a gunshot went off, I responded and when I did I seen one guy in a local car who left the scene so there was one guy downed. I went over to give medical aid to the downed person when the local car and another car approached me the second person pulled a machete and told me put my hands up I complied, stopped medical aid and put my hands up while the guy with the machete was looking through my pockets 1037 in the local car shot me in the head. Within the evidence provided you can see it fairly plain as day no rp or intention to on the end of 1037. Within the evidence provided you can also see I made an attempt to reach out to him to come to liaison to no avail. After the situation concluded I tried reaching out 2 more times in ooc chat with no response either time.

Hello I'm 1037 the city had a issue with voice box, we were in a shoot out and you turned up at the scene i though u was one of the guys we was beefing as you wasn't wearing NHS uniform and my friend had you at knife point and said u had a gun on radio and u was one of the ones shooting I'm sorry for the poor RP as I couldn't speak to you because of city issues it all happened really fast, all the best Ryan Smooth

Now I do understand there we're issues with voice chat around the date this happened as Ryan mentioned however this doesn't excuse the no RP and if there are issues then maybe it's not wise to go around shooting people if you can't really talk to them, However in the clip you could hear Peter talking (Your friend here) in a sense.

Using /me's to talk isn't what it's used for. The /me command is here to enhance roleplay, However in this situation it's understandable due to not being able to hear others at times, However this didn't effect everyone as a whole. In this situation there isn't much said as a whole nor any time to comply for example before you decided to shoot. We are at the heart of things here to roleplay over shooting first then asking things later. Due to this indeed it does fall under RDM. 

In relation to the other two that used /me's ect please keep it in mind moving forth however in this situation it's understandable why they we're being used however at least yous will be aware moving forth what it's here for.
