Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i am sitting at MRPS at around 01:45 RPing as usual and happen to glance at OOC as someone starts Swearing towards the NHS. The player was told several times to stop by myself and other players in the OOC chat and i even quoted the rule (G2.6) OOC Help - OOC chat is for help only, extended OOC interactions are forbidden just incase they were unaware but the abuse continued in OOC from ID 1033. Myself and others in the city requested 1033 to come to discord to talk about the remarks he was stating but he never came into liason. These types of remarks are not needed and i can only imagine what the NHS in the city feel when they get comments like this given to them.
