Please (in detail) describe the incident: After downing ID:1025 or 567 and seeing them being taken to the pillbox we took the opportunity to rob them. Once we saw ID:1025 or 567 get out of bed we stuck our guns to him and gave clear instructions to put his hands up and the consequences if he didn't. Unfortunately, he chose to ignore our demands and seemingly wait for his partners to get up. I believe this is a clear NVL.

Thank you for your report.

By looking at the evidence provided, I find it very poor of ID 1025 to only recite the words "I'm an Azteca!", rather than allowing any role play to continue, while at a clear disadvantage. The initial comments made when held up "Are you stupid, do you know who you are doing this to!?", I've got no issues with - but carrying on after the person with the pistol clearly does not care, that is where I see an issue.
Furthermore, after being revived, ID 1025 should abide by rule G4.5, and role play his injuries still.

ID 1025 - You were warned for this very rule (G2.4), only five weeks ago. You will not receive a second warning, as of such; You are being banned for 24h in hopes that you'll learn for the next time. Furthermore, after being revived at the hospital you are still weak due to your injuries, as per rule G4.5, please role play this in the future!
