Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was in RP hunting around for grove and we saw Sam from tire nuts and we was chatting to him. During the chat grove came to tire nuts and started shooting us and downing all of us. I find it odd that groves session head were 1010, 1015, 1018 , 1020, that was just the session heads i could see suddenly there was a lot of grove awake if staff could check logs on when other grove woke up.
i had a chat with bmav (1018) in discord and his excuse was "i was taking a shit and logged back on" so did 1010 1015, 1020 have a shit at the same time as bmav
in my opinion it looks like some grove members was awake from 8pm restart and they alerted other grove members ooc that mara was awake and they logged on for a gun fight
This is what i pointed out in discord to you @Ben Clarkhere is the clip about it after that i came back like i pointed out, as for the rest of the people involved they can say their explanations. (The person on discord was playing valorant so don't mind the chatter at the end when i unmuted ).
I will also point out there was about 4 or 5 grove members awake before i went took a "nap".

I am one of the people being reported here, lets start off by saying you are scrapping the barrel here due to loosing a gun fight, we all logged in at 10pm and sat on mara turf for about 2 hours maybe longer we then proceeded to go park up and log off to get some food if you must really know I had a lasagne and some of us to take a shit and whatever, we had been sat on ur turf for a good few hours and wanted to take a little break, we had planned to come back on at some point during the night/morning hours and this was said over our radio before logging off, you are also failing to mention that a good few mara decided to log on after we left to log off as we seen the pics being posted on tweedle before we logged off, hence the reason for us to say we were gonna log on again later.
Hi, I'm 1018 here. I was on the server since 10pm, and only logged out as a few people were heading to bed and so I took a short break as well. A few people in grove (mostly the same people as tonight) were doing pushes anywhere between 1 and 2am the previous few nights, and tonight was no different, I decided to start joining them in that and so logged in to prepare.
As for 1010 i think thats ramsay and he was awake the entire time after 10PM so i am pretty sure he logged out to fix textures issues or something and logged back in because you can hear him in my clip on radio and he was still on when i cameback.
More photos/clips will be posted later on today just waiting for someone to wake up with the photo. Pretty sure we nabbed a grove member at 1am then the photo of that announcement was posted at 1:11 and then the fight at tirenuts happened at 1:20 - 1:25

I am 1010 in this Report (Ramsay) , Admins to be honest you only need to check my logs for this. I was logged in at 10pm till around 1am. I went to the Casino and could not see any of the NPC's. I have then had to relog which I did stright away and then proceeded back into the casino where I lost lost of money. (Check logs and this will match) We already knew we was doing a push early hours in the morning so I went back to my Appartment when I have then seen a Tweed post about our member being kidnapped. I believe this report is a an attempt for them to reclaim some of the guns they lost and is to be honest is pathetic as we had already explained to them OOC after that we had a planned push. I have nothing more to say on this issue.
The fight happend a little earlier than planned as we logged in around 1.15am to get ready to push and we recieved a group message from Sam who was working at tire nutz and is also a grove member to tell us mara was there so we decided as we were near enough ready we would push earlier.

Speaking for myself here, a few minutes after logging in I did see one of our members was grabbed and left in our safehouse due to it being plastered all over tweedle, however didn't want to get involved in that situation or plan to go to our turf since I wasn't awake at the time it happened (I'm sure my coordinate logs can be checked to see that I did not return to our turf or head there to help our member).
I only logged in for the planned push and we were waiting until everyone was prepared and grouped up at 1:30 to then go searching for you guys, which was well after the situation with our member that you grabbed had ended, however we were getting new messages from Sam, as stated by Price, saying you guys were at Tirenutz and so we headed there a bit early.
So micky (Mara member) sent steve a text at 00:34 "Yeah pick me up g my yard" then after steve picked up micky we noticed a grove member "Luke Adams" getting checked into pillbox bare it mind that takes up to 10 minutes to be revived in the hospital bed. Then we waited at pillbox for him to walk outside. Soon as he was outside pillbox we got him in zipties and took him the place were you transfer storage containers. After having luke in zipties he was shot 9min later if staff could check logs that would be great. We had lukes body for 14min and broke into grove gang house and dropped his body off in the gang house and left grove gang house. So we had luke for a total of 23min making it very close to the time the announcemnt got made in your discord if staff would like the footage of us taking Luke Adems for the amount of time we had him it can be provided
To the discord announcement that was posted at 01:11 i feel like this is meta gaming to wake up 19min to push mara. I could understand if you done a announcement at 8pm saying we are going to push mara at 1:30 in the morning but i feel like waking up to push mara in 19min is taking the piss a bit. In my opinion i feel like grove got told OOC that mara was awake and a announcemnt was made to get people awake.

This message was pasted in Grove's Message Board at 01:11, the only person from the IDs you have reported that logged on before was ID 1010, excluding 1015 (Bmav) who was online prior to disconnecting to go for a shit like in his video that he provided.
According to our lovely devs, gangs are allowed to post messages in their group message boards for example 'Anyone want to push the motel at 21:00' to see how many people would be available. That looks like what has happened here

I understand that you might've had suspicions that Grove metagame'd that Marabunta were online, and that is why you have reported them but sadly the evidence does not support the claims of any rule breaks.
