Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was at pillbox, started a pretty funny RP scenario me and this dude started insulting eachother. Then he mocks the way I speak. I ask him in OOC 'Don't mock the way I speak mate'. To be honest in that mention in OOC I couldve come across as more nice perhaps saying 'Please can you not mock the way I speak'. So I couldve done better in that regard. But then after he says 'Ah boys he's come to type now as he can't speak' I say 'Welp thats all I need'. to be honest I probably shouldnt have said that but in the heat of the moment I was really upset that he said that. After that he says 'Go on then cry to the admins' which is blatent breaking character. After this sit I did go off in OOC to him and I did infact ask him to go to discord. We both got heated in OOC, he told me to 'grow up' and we got warned by staff. I did request him to go Churchill room but he didnt show up/ I apologise for letting my anger get to me and lashing out in OOC about it.. After this sit I ended up just parking up and logging off because I was so upset that I didnt want to continue any rp for the evening. I will probably be taking a break from thio server because things like this don't sit well with me and I feel it will affect me in future RP scenarios.

Hi @BenIsBanned, thank you for making this report!

I can see from the video below he mocks your speech to begin with, at the point of which you request OOC he does not mock you is the point of which he would have realised that you cannot help the way you talk. 
To then continue mocking after having that clarification is not acceptable. It is also clear that he begins breaking character mentioning that you've started typing and not to call the Admins.

Seems to me as if this player needs a refresh on the rules!
