Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Sound doesn't quite work.
Provide a full description of the bug: We have this bell in the Kraken. The purpose of it was that the bartenders could ring it when someone ordered a Death Wish, and for the last call before we close. However, the bell sound if both very very low volume, but it also only plays for the person who rings the bell, which means we can't use it the way it was intended. I was told to make a bug report on it
