With the fuel crisis happening, renting and fuling a taxi can cost more than you earn.
£5,000 to rent a taxi that you don’t seem to get back even if you repair it, plus £7 to £10 a liter for fuel which can cost up to £1,000 or more depending on where you go. However with electric cars, it’s only £1 a kilowatt (kWh).
Most jobs ferrying NPC’s is about £1,000 to over £3,000 but with having to fuel up your car, (especially if you have to go all the way out to Paleto) in this current economy you are losing more money than you are earning.
So I suggest that:
- Anyone renting a taxi should you be able to get your deposit back when you return the taxi all fixed up before returning it.
- Renting a E-taxi should be the same amount as a regular taxi.
