Description of what happened:
I was heading back to Athira HQ with PCSO Beardo when we experienced some DeSync and due to various circumstances caused by the DeSync I ended up walking back by myself to the Athira HQ to rendezvous with other units due to an Ifrit spotted near by.
 
I was walking back when I was approached by 4 people, 3 of which decided to RDM me. [HU] Crankie someone who didn't do anything wrong at the time but is presumed to be friends with the 3 others, had a weapon and I told him to drop it and he agreed. His friends obviously didn't agree however and decided to shoot me without any warning I managed to taze one, rubber bullet and restrain another one but was shot down by the third.
 
This group of people have been trolling and baiting throughout the Athira HQ today as well, and I have had to restrain them on multiple occasions.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 5
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No they were not on Teamspeak when I tried to resolve it.

I'm the leader of the people in this incident.

Having watched the video, I would agree that this man was fired upon unduly. In this incident, I would say that Renji12386 is at fault for firing at the wrong time. From the viewpoint of this video, he shouldn't have fired.

I was in teamspeak with them at the time and recall hearing them shout put down the weapon, but it doesn't appear to have transmitted in game.

None of the [HU] members have any evidence that could help their case. 

As of right now (19:43 25 jan 2015), Renji12386 is trying to get in contact with the officer in Teamspeak. We would like to make things right.

Basically i agree with noisy, it was my fault and its my duty to pay for it. So let me know what needs to be done to rectify this.

 
I just want to see what an Admin has to say about it. The members mentioned above had been running in and around officers in the HQ all day trespassing on multiple occasions, and being pure trolls. 

It is not fun to play with these people on the server nor do I find that many people gain anything from them being here, therefore I think its up to the admins to decide this.

you are aware the only time i was inside the police hq was to act as a lawyer for tren and to also get my bounty sorted out right? Apart from this i was at the garage and flying a chopper

i had only been online for 10 mins all day so please dont try and say that we were all trolling all day as that is a complete lie.

the only times i have been in the station today is after being arrested and renji was my lawyer and when i lagged in my van into the station (due to all the desync)

I only shot when the officer started shooting. as we are on TS together I heard drop your weapon from one of our gang and when you shot i shot back

 
[HU] Renji12368 is at fault however then without any RP the other members fired.

HU Jon Boy pulled out a gun, the officer felt threatened therefore downed the suspect who was approaching him with a gun... this is fine.

Trubeast fired for no reason without RP here.
