Remove the snow

Now that Christmas has passed please remove the snow, it looks lovely but driving in it is horrible and visibility is massively reduced. Not much more to say really, I think we've had it long enough now its time to remove it I think.

I think keeping the snow for the duration of the winter isn't that big of a problem, or just having the snow appear at random points throughout the day like actual weather, I would personally also love to see more weather effects as well like the fog we had before storm the other day. It was really challenging to drive in those conditions which I feel like could make for some more interesting RP than broom broom zoom zoom 150MPH all over the map.

The change to revert christmas was already done a few days ago, it'll likely be in the next update
