Description of what happened: After reports of civ hostages at Telos where we found nothing everyone in ops channel started heading back to normal patrols and channels when the following happened (see vid link below)
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM and RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, didnt see much point it was pretty blatent.

Please note edits were made @ 00:40 and 01:17 removing nothing happening to reduce file size, this all one incident which the officers involved could confirm.
