If your game crashes because of that arma issue crash thing, can you get a refund for t because although it is crash(your end) it is a generic issue from arma(arma issue)

Do you mean a comp? If so - a quick read of the compensation terms will give you your answer

They do not comp for:

• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)

As much as we would like to, we just cannot as it would take up too much staff teams time

Keep the pressure on BIS via the feedback tracker on that one, but I'm pretty sure they would be treating it as a prority
