Refueling (without fuel cans) - Chopper and Vehicles

I cant believe with so much experience on ALUK I don't know how to do the above and I have searched the forums. So basically can someone let me know how one refuels Choppers and Trucks? I assume trucks at fuel stations...but how...and also choppers, I've no idea...

Sorry I should emphasise specifically HOW to refuel when at designated place...

Trucks or other vehicles at the Gas Stations or buy a fuel at your local market, using it in your player menu. 

Heli`s: Theres a Air service shop at the Airfield, just scroll on the terminal and pick option it gives you.

Or just use a fuel can in your player menu, pick on fuel can and press USE option facing your Vehicle or Chopper.
