Reference Memory Error

So, had this issue a few months ago and I know a lot of other people have had it. Out of no-where your game just crashes. This error then pops up on the screen:

Not sure how to fix this. 

Had this issue before and it suddenly stopped however recently is has returned. Does anybody know the solution?

Just going to leave this here although it's a bit of a dated post. 64Bit is saving my ass, somehow making my FPS very solid instead of dropping from 40-80 range to the 12-20's during flight or a shootout.
