Are we thinking rockstar will open it up to be modded? could be really epic with rp rules in place, is this something RPUK would look into if they did?

Technically they haven't opened GTA 5 up for modding either (as seen by T2's attempt at shutting down OpenIV....), yet FiveM still happened! All depends on whether proficient devs are up for the challenge. I know https://nanos.io/ are looking for new multiplayer projects, maybe tweet them @nanos_framework

Issue with both red dead and gta is the level of skill to master the mechanics is relatively low - so new and old players show very little difference in game mechanic skills
