Time & Date this happened: 19/2/15 AROUND 11:40
 
Which Server did this happen on: 1
 
Description of what happened: me and my gang memmber were are the weed processing when suddenly a guy called Red came with his friend (the friend wasnt a bounty hunter) he told me to drop my weapon adn there is a sniper thats watching us. after that Red died and went back to the unmc as a bounty hunter to chop shop my friends car.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule num 9

Dont normal post on reports, but

A bounty hunter can do crime, if he is caught by the police he will lose his bounty hunter license.

Only rule that is debatable broken is

8B) Bounty hunters may not game the system by teaming up with a friend, this is exploiting and you and the person/s will be banned as a result.

Depends how you look at this rule, because to me gaming the system I.E putting your buddy in jail, or using the TIP off that the bounty hunter get to tell non-bounty hunter where people are.

after he died he came back with his friend to the unmc (nlr) so yes he was helping his friend and they both were on ts
