Hello guys, I'm looking for a recording program that doesn't use much of my cpu got any recomandations.(free programs only or torrented)

Just make sure you change from live broadcasting to save as file

Shadowplay, records in the background, just play and press a key and you will get the latest recordings from the last 15 minutes, if set to that, myself have set it for latest 8 minutes

Evry time i have nice roleplay i hit Alt F10. And i am using Nvidia Shadowplay with my GTX 970

For those who are jelly of nVidia Shadowplay but wish to use a similar program, take a look at AMD Gaming Evolved, it's very similar and does the job well.
