Rebel-Police Feedback Meeting

Hello everyone.​

It has came to my attention along with several others that there are some issues within the police force and within rebel gangs that are annoying some people.

Therefore, this Sunday at 1715 BST (Remember, DST starts Sunday 0100 and clocks go FORWARD one hour) I, with other volunteering mentors, will be hosting a Rebel-Police Feedback Meeting.

Now, the first thing that'll come to the minds of people is that this will not go well due to it being rebels and police. I have came up with several rules that will be enforced in the channel and breach of these rules will result in a revoke of talk power, kick, temp ban and if things seriously kick off a permanent ban. The channel will be strictly moderated.

RULES & INFORMATION

No talking over each other

No turning it into a flame war, keep it civil

No spamming chat

Keep swearing to a minimum but no swearing AT people.

In the meeting room, talk powers will be originally set so only mentors, admins, gang leaders and SI+ police can speak. If you wish to speak/expand/debate a point request talk power with a short appropriate reason.

Mentors who are moderating the channel will have Channel Commander (orange circle instead of blue). Feel free to ask them any questions. These people can kick, ban and issue/revoke talk power.

Breaking these rules will result in talk power removal and possibly a kick/ban depending on what you've done. This is all at the mentor's decision.

May I also mention everyone is welcome even if you aren't in a gang or a rebel. It's just a name, any concerns for police/gangs come along

Well it would be great if we could actually have the in-game law written down and available to all people, the post on the forums regarding it says "Coming Soon" but hasn't been updated since January and contains 0 actual information.

Just to highlight the problems, there is of course no urgency to solve most of these.

There was a rebel meeting once, basicly the main concern that came to mind was 'Police will think of extreme ways to get what they want, but when they lose(they get shot) they will start complaining and moaning about most things. Police can expect to be shot when they arrest someone, they can expect to be shot upon when they use rubber bullets, they can expect to be followed and attacked. It's what rebels do IRL.' This basicly is a summary of the last rebel meeting, we all promised to roleplay better and let eachother win from time to time, this went well for a week and then it went back to the old habits.
