So i was wondering how you capture a rebel outpost ,

and what benefit does it have for you to own it ?

You capture an outpost by going up too the flag and scrolling on it , then clicking vapture outpost ( you need to be in a gang to do this).

Once you have capture the outpost when you or anyone buys something from it , while you own it , you make money in your gang funds.

so overtime when its captured it makes money and that goes to your gang funds ?

When ever something is bought while you have control , you get money in the gang funds , thats why everyone takes control and then buys stuff.
