Exellent as a little spawnbeacon for the occasional gear up.
This house have been owned by since the redzone came back and have served me well. And since im a cop, i kinda dont need it. Therefor, im letting it go.

Personally would never upload a photo of where the house is, or describe it by saying '550m away' just lowers the value seems everyone knows where it is. 
Not to mention whoever buys this house is fucked now, and is gonna get robbed...

Well it could be used as a spawnbeacon. If You want to be like TCK in the past and camp redzone, its a great place right?
