I was just about to buy a rebel license but I need to know if when you get arrested, sent to jail or random searched do I lose it

You won't lose it when you get arrested or sent to prison etc. The only time it will go is if you buy a bounty hunter licence

Nope, it is training. Imagine if there was a licence to kill police officers with large illegal rifles...
