So i have rebel license, as i understand, i'm allowed to fight the police?

Where can i hide my illegal weapons?

What new features i got?

What i'm allowed to do?

What is the base and how i can build one?

Nothing really changes that much you can do pretty much everything as a civ, buying the rebel license just allows you to buy guns and rebel clothing. (You buy guns in the rezone and also the blackmarket)

As for hiding your gun anything under 7.62 you can hide in your backpack, you can also hide guns in your house.

You can do anything which is within the rules..

A rebel license allows you to buy guns and gear from rebel shops.

Rebel shops are located in:

The black market,

Gang Bases,

and rebel outposts

 
You can fight them as a Civ as well. Having a rebel licence allows you to use the rebel markets.

Weapons up to and including 6.5mm you can hide in your backpack. 7.62 weapons wont fit, so you'll have to hide them in your vehicle.

You don't get 'new features' per se - except the use of the rebel markets, outposts, black market etc. You can do everything you could do before, though you can now buy things like blasting charges etc. to rob the HM Treasury and the RBA Bank for lots of money.

You cant build bases, they were inserted by the admins for exceptionally large gangs. It's likely no new bases will be put in until the new framework.

Please remember that being able to buy big guns is not an excuse to go out and shoot police, this is a Roleplay server first and foremost.

 
You can store guns in your houses ( max of 3 ) in storage containers (purchasable from market)

You can fight the police even without one, but don't make them your only target and don't RDM them (read the rules)

You have to been in a well established and longtime gang to feet a base but we don't think anymore bases will be added anytime soon because the framework is around the corner.

you can now buy ifrits, illegal guns and rebel clothing, you can even buy blasting charges and rob the HM treasury with your mate or crew.

You can rob people (not in blue or greens zones),kill people and be a nice guy and help people.

And whre i can buy a ifrit or other illegal cars?

And when i'm buying it, i can store it in my garage?

Frameworks that we currently run is made by tonic. It is no longer being updated and isn't optimised so the Dev team here are making their own (money system, car garage, mining, farming, anything not vanilla in arms) 

Ifrit and likewise vehicles @ any illegal base in redzone/black market and rebel outposts.

Yes you can store a bought vehicle like the ifrit but for the 50cal. Off-road I think it's rent only.

The Framework is the next evolution of this mod - it'll be an entire redesign specific to only this community, it'll be full of new features, an entirely new way to play Altis Life.

You can buy these at any of the Rebel Outposts, or Rebel Markets. Yes you can store it in your garage. Be aware that if the police see an illegal vehicle outside of the Redzone, they will chase you, and they will scrap it.

Ok, it will restart something? like will delete the current characters or something?

 
Hopefully not, though it'll be so vastly different it probably wont matter.
