I have been trying to get rebel gear but i get killed on the way can someone tell me how much rebel is such as the gear and the license. Same as for the blackmarket how much is the license and if you get caught with blackmarket vests/clothing would you get arrested.

You shouldn't get arrested for clothing etc, But if you got a fatty gat then yea most likely police will try arrest you.

There are a lot of loadouts so there is no exact price go to black market as a hobo to avoid being robbed and you can check the prices yourself. 

500k - Rebel License.

10mill - Dodgy/Advanced.

I think rebel license is 500k? And advanced no idea but very expensive. Try to use markets out of the redzone to not get shot. You only get arrested for illegal firearms/substances(drugs)
